VerRights provides digital copyright registration and verification services, including:

• - Digital copyright registration with blockchain timestamping
• - Certificate generation and verification
• - Content hash generation for proof of existence
• - Integration with Ver* Ecosystem platforms

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• - You are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the content you register
• - You will not register content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• - You will provide accurate information during registration
• - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account

4. Intellectual Property

VerRights does not claim ownership of your registered content. Registration through our Service creates a timestamped record of your claim but does not constitute legal copyright registration with government authorities. We recommend consulting legal counsel for official copyright filing.

5. Limitation of Liability

VerRights and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violations of these Terms. Blockchain records created prior to termination remain immutable.
